Because you never can do any business without "conditions", please first read my business conditions:

My business conditions: least period for the entry: 4 days

Price:
per day for the vacations apartment for 2 or 3persons 
                        (01.03. - 30.09.)    30 Euro
                        (01.10. - 28.02.)    25 Euro
per day for the additional room              15 Euro
Final cleaning:                              15 Euro

Payment: Cash at one of the days, you stay
----------------------------------------------------------
Arrival:
arrival from 2 pm ( 14 o'clock)
prior arrival only by arrangement possible.
No arrival from 8 pm (20.00 ) to 8 am!

Departure:
normal Time of departure until 10 am
Later departure only by arrangement possible.
----------------------------------------------------------
Resignation:
in case of resignation after you got your booking-confirmation, a cancellation-remuneration is arranged:
more than 3 months before booked arrival:       0 Euro
more than 1 month however less than 3 months:   2 Euro per day
more than 1 week however less than 1 month:     5 Euro per day
less than 1 week:                              10 Euro per day
